Cetin Akinci known by Ankara Audience from "Mavi Quartet", is going to meet jazz lovers with his exciting improvisations.
He was born in 1961 in Malatya. He studied at Gazi Teacher Training College Deparment of Music between the years 1978-1982. He studied Composition in Ankara State Conservatory in 1985. He worked on Jazz, Piano, Harmony, Orchestra with Janusz Szprot in 1987. He gave a concert in Ankara International Jazz Festival in 1999. At the same year he was accepted to Gazi University Master's degree and there he studied composition with Serdar Muhatof. At the year 2001, he gave concerts with Anatolian Selen Chamber Choir. He composed several documentary's music. Cetin Bilge Akinci still continues his academic career in Gazi University, Faculty of Fine Arts.
