Aga Derlak Trio is one of the many talented musicians that the festival brings to Ankara for the first time. We are going to have chance to listen her on the festival stage. We appreciate the support of Embassy of Poland and Samm’s Bistro.
Aga Derlak Trio was created in December 2012 by the piano player. The members of the band are Tymon Trąbczyński – the bass player and Szymon Madej who plays the drums. All members of the trio are students/graduates of the famous Jazz Institute at the Music Academy in Katowice. The trio performs its own compositions and arrangements. There is undoubtedly a courage and insanity in their play but it does not lack lyricism. They are an answer of the young generation to the perception of jazz.
