We are happy to present the youngest jazz musician of the festival, 13 years old jazz pianist Hakan Başar. We appreciate the support of Next Level.
Hakan Başar was born in 2004. He began his proffesional music career at Moscow State Conservatory with Mikhail Iskrov and continued to work and play piano with his jazz guitarist father. He had studied the works of the important jazz musicians like Bill Cunliffe, Noah Baerman, Andy LaVerne, David Berkman, Andrew D. Gordon, Jeb Patton, Neil Olmstead, John Valerio and worked with the transcripts of Michel Petrucciani, Oscar Peterson, Keith Jarrett, Hank Jones, Bill Evans, Kenny Barron, Tommy Flanagan’s repertoire. He gave his first concert only at age of 10.
Attandance to the gigs at the Next Level Shopping Mall “ Teras Kat” is free of charge. No seating avaible.
